Assem Mohamed, 33, of Brooklyn, was charged after an investigation at a smoke shop in East Meadow on Tuesday, March 24, at 9:57 p.m., according to police.
Officers with the Strategic Response Team said they were targeting the sale of flavored vape products at the Convenience and Smoke Shop on Hempstead Turnpike when they observed a large quantity of flavored vapes and kratom displayed for sale.
